What if I'm late to my appointment?

Please try to be on time for your appointment.

If you must be late, your session will be reduced the amount of time that you are late.

If you must be more than 15 minutes late, we encourage you to reschedule that service to a later time/date (please see our cancellation policy).

If you were booked for more than one service (spa package), you may still enjoy the remaining services booked...only the service you were late for would be affected.

We thank you for understanding that this is done in fairness for the customers who are booked after you.
