When does my Gift Certificate Expire? Can I get cash back?

Serendipity Day Spa Gift Certificates have no expiration dates, so you can rest easy that your gift will not be wasted.
Our gift certificates are non-refundable, carry no cash value, and any leftover value cannot be returned.

However, any remaining balance may be applied to future services or products.

Can I add the tip, so my gift recipient doesn't have to worry?
Tip/Gratuity can also be added to your gift certificate. For online orders, just choose the amount you would like to add by placing a check mark and it will appear on the gift certificate. For telephone orders, be sure to let us know and we'll add it to your total order.

Do you accept SpaFinder Gift Cards / Certificates?
Yes we do! However, please understand that they are only valid for our regular-priced services and spa packages.
