What is your cancellation policy?
A valid credit card is required for booking your appointment. We hope that you never have to cancel your appointment. But if you must cancel, please be aware of our cancellation policy.
For group bookings of 3 or more people, a 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment. Please be sure to cancel at least 4 (FOUR) CALENDAR DAYS before the appointment, otherwise the deposit becomes non-refundable.
For all other bookings, please cancel at least 48 HOURS before the scheduled appointment.
Cancellations or No-shows without proper notice will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled services' value, which will be charged to the credit card that was used for booking the appointment (or the equivalent amount will be forfeited from your gift certificate, if you had intended on redeeming one).
