Do you offer special group pricing?
Yes, we sure do! To qualify for group pricing, your party must consist of 3 or more people. Our prices are per person and do not include tip/gratuity.

Can we bring food & drinks?
It is very likely that your spa party will last 2 to 4 or more hours (depending on your selection of spa treatments/packages),
so we definitely encourage you to make food/snack arrangements to make your guests feel comfortable. You may order from a local restaurant/ caterer/ deli, or bring in your own food/drinks.
We will provide one complimentary refreshment per guest, their choice from a selection of coffees, teas, sodas, wines, or water. In case you may need to keep your food/drinks cooled,
we have a full-size refrigerator in our break-room that you may also use.
Do you require a deposit for booking my event?
To secure your desired date & time, a 50% credit card deposit is required. The deposit will be applied to the balance due on the day of the event.
We highly recommend that you collect these funds from your guests ahead of time, if you plan on having your guests pay for their portion.
All payments and communication shall be conducted through one designated person for the party.
What if I have to cancel?
If you must cancel, the deposit is refundable only on the condition that cancellation is done at least FOUR calendar days before the scheduled event. The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel without at least 4 calendar days notice or in the case that you do not show
up. In the event that only a certain number of your party cancels without 4 days notice, you are still responsible for
50% of the confirmed amount, booked per person.
Can I choose the spa services or can my guests choose? Do we have to get the same treatments? Can I make my own spa package?
You may choose an existing spa package or create your own selection of spa treatments for your guests to enjoy. It is not necessary for everyone to enjoy the same package/treatments.
Please confirm all desired services at the time of finalizing the guest list (headcount) at least one week before
the event. Spa Party services may be custom-tailored to your needs. Please contact us for a quote.
Upgrades for other types of Massage are also available for an additional fee per person.
What if I am late or some of my guests are late?
Please be sure to arrive on-time. If you or any of your guests are late, we regret that some services may not be
performed (or time reduced) in order to keep the party on schedule due to the likelihood that there are other customers booked following your event.
We will do our best to accommodate you, but please understand that your spa representative will make the final decision on which services may be reduced in time, or deleted.
